Delicious Malay skewered meats (usually chicken, mutton) served alongside vegetables and a tasty tangy peanut-y sauce

Ingredients

  • Diced chicken
  • Spices (ginger, lemongrass, garlic, onion, sambal)
  • Peanut
  • Pineapple
  • Cucumbers and raw onions

Steps

Step Procedure
1 Marinate the diced chicken in spices and skewer them
2 Cook the diced chicken over a barbequeue flame until slightly charred
3 Blend the pineapples and peanuts together to make the sauce
4 Serve the satay skewers together with sauce, cucumbers and raw onions
